Baby Bulldogs: Kids from the ages of 4-6 years old are welcome in this class. Students may attend as many of these classes as they would like. This class is Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 3:45 pm - 4:15 pm. 

Kids Program: Kids from the ages of 7-10 years old are welcome in this class.  Students may attend as many of these classes as they would like. This class is Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 4:15 pm - 5:00 pm.

Youth Program: Kids from the ages of 10-13 years old are welcome in this class. Students may attend as many of these classes as they would like. This class is Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm.

 
Teen & Adult Fundamentals: This class is designed as a breakdown of all the essential movements and techniques you will need. This program is for all adults and teenagers 13 years of age and up. Teenagers will be incorporated into the warm-ups and class instruction but will train within their age group during the class. Students may attend as many of these classes as they would like. This class is Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm and 7:30pm - 8:30pm.

Open Mat: This time is set aside for students to be able to practice the techniques from the fundamentals class, ask questions, spar with other students, work on conditioning, or to use for any other goals they may have. The intent is to gain experience by having the opportunity to train with students of different ranks, skill levels, ages, and abilities while building conditioning and repetition through live training in a friendly and collaborative environment. This class is Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm, 8:30pm - 9:00pm and on Saturdays from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
